Privacy Policy

How Swingers Fantasy processes your personal data, with full transparency and in line with the GDPR. The Czech version is the legally controlling one.

1. Data controller

2. What personal data we process

When you make a reservation for an event, we process: • Your nickname (you choose it yourself, it does not have to be your name) • Your phone number: the full number is stored encrypted, the last 3 digits are used to identify you at the entrance • Your e-mail address (stored encrypted) • A fingerprint of your phone number and e-mail (a one-way code from which the number or address cannot be recovered), so that we can recognise regular guests • Your nationality and preferred language • The type of reservation (couple, single woman, single man) and the number of persons • A note, if you choose to fill one in • For single men, optionally, a photo of the face for verification • Your e-mail address for sending news about events and offers from the club (stored encrypted), only if you give separate consent to this We process reservations with the utmost discretion (see section 5). We do not process your first name and surname, your ID document number or any photos from the club (taking photos in the club is prohibited). When you visit the website, technical data (IP address, browser type) are also processed in the hosting provider's operational logs, and cookies are used as described in section 8.

3. Purposes and legal bases

a) Handling your reservation and entry to the club: confirmation, identification at the entrance, communication about the event (changes, cancellation). Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give in the reservation form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). b) Assessment of your reservation according to the club's entry rules and recognition of regular guests (see section 4). Legal basis: legitimate interest in the safety of guests and in compliance with the club rules (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). c) Photo verification for single men: you upload the photo voluntarily. However, we cannot let a single man we do not know yet into the club without it. Legal basis: the consent that single men give in the reservation form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). d) Analysis of website usage (Google Analytics): only if you allow analytics cookies. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). e) Sending news about events and offers from the club by e-mail: only if you tick the separate consent box for this in the reservation form. It is optional; your reservation goes through normally without it. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time at hello@clubfantasy.cz. We are not sending any news yet; once we start, you will also be able to withdraw your consent via a link in every e-mail. Providing your data is voluntary. However, without a contact and a nickname, the reservation cannot be processed. You can withdraw your consent at any time at hello@clubfantasy.cz; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

4. Assessment of reservations

The club selects its guests according to its own entry rules. Your reservation is therefore assessed by our system according to these rules, taking into account, among other things, the type of reservation, event capacity, previous visits and compliance with the club rules. The result is either confirmation of the reservation, referral for manual assessment by the club owner, or rejection. You have the right to request that the decision on your reservation be reviewed by a human, to express your point of view and to contest the decision. Please write to hello@clubfantasy.cz.

5. Discretion

• At the entrance you identify yourself only with your nickname and the last 3 digits of your phone number, without your name and without an ID document. • We store phone numbers and e-mails encrypted (AES-256-GCM); links in our e-mails do not lead through an address containing the word "swingers". • Phones are left in lockable lockers at the entrance; taking photos in the club is prohibited. • Only the club owner, the administrator and authorised staff have access to reservations, and all of them are bound by confidentiality. • We do not pass any data to advertising platforms, other clubs or anyone else for sale. The website does not use advertising tracking codes (e.g. Meta Pixel).

6. How long we keep your data

• Reservations: 90 days after the event date, we automatically delete the personal data from the reservation (nickname, contacts, fingerprints, nationality, notes). Only aggregate reservation counts per event remain, from which it is not possible to tell who the guests were. • Regular guests (contact fingerprint, nickname, history of visits and compliance with the rules): 2 years from your last visit. • Consent to receive news: your e-mail address until you withdraw your consent; after withdrawal we keep only a one-way fingerprint of the e-mail address and a record of the consent without the address (when, in which language and wording you gave it and when you withdrew it), so that we do not write to you again and can prove the consent. • Verification photos: deleted within 24 hours of the assessment, at the latest one day after the event. • Logs of reservation changes (without personal data): 1 year. • E-mail communication: for the period necessary to handle your enquiry. • Hosting operational logs: on the order of days. Deletion runs automatically every day.

7. Who we share data with

Your data are processed only by the technical services that operate the website, on the basis of data processing agreements: • Vercel Inc.: website hosting. The server side and the file storage, including verification photos, are located in the EU (Frankfurt). • Neon Inc.: reservation database, servers in the EU (Frankfurt). • Resend Inc.: sending of confirmation e-mails, servers in the EU (Ireland). • Google: the hello@clubfantasy.cz mailbox (Google Workspace); the Google map on the Contact page loads only when you click on it. • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics): aggregate website traffic statistics (where visitors come from, which pages they read), only with your consent. It does not run on the My reservation, reservation cancellation and photo verification pages. Vercel, Neon, Resend and Google are US companies. Any transfer of data to the USA therefore takes place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) for companies certified under it, or otherwise on the basis of standard contractual clauses. We will disclose data to public authorities only where we are required to do so by law.

8. Cookies

Necessary (always active, the website does not work without them): • confirmation of age 18+ (30 days) • language selection • your cookie preferences • staff login to the administration Analytics (only with your consent): • Google Analytics: _ga cookies (up to 2 years) used to recognise repeat visits. Form contents are never sent to Analytics and advertising features are turned off. We load the website fonts from our own server, not from Google. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link in the website footer.

9. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time at hello@clubfantasy.cz: a) access: a copy of the data we hold about you b) rectification of inaccurate data c) erasure: deletion of your data d) restriction of processing e) portability: your data in a structured format f) objection to processing based on legitimate interest g) withdrawal of consent h) human review of the decision on your reservation (section 4) i) complaint to the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ, the Czech data protection authority, www.uoou.gov.cz) We respond within 30 days at the latest. To avoid disclosing data to a stranger, we may ask you to verify your identity (for example by a message from the e-mail or phone number given in the reservation).

10. Security

• Encryption of phone numbers and e-mails in the database (AES-256-GCM) and encrypted connection (HTTPS) • Reservation servers in the EU • Access to the administration only for authorised persons, with time-limited login • Logs of reservation changes without personal data • Automatic deletion according to the periods in section 6 In the event of a security breach that could endanger your rights, we will notify the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ, the Czech data protection authority) within 72 hours and, in the case of a high risk, you as well.

11. Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy, in particular when the way we process data changes. We will inform you of significant changes on the website and by e-mail, if we have your address. Current version: 22 October 2026
